Rotary Compound Lining Machine For Food Bottom-Basic Shell Making

This machine is high speed lining machine which is suitable fro water-based or oil-based lining compound.It features 3-10 rotary copound injection guns and the production capacity can reach 300-2000EPM, appliced end size is from 50mm to 153mm.

The lining machine delivers easy operations and ergonomic benefits.

Features

1.The injection gun can be freely adjusted in horizontal or vertical direction

2. The injection time of each gun can be adjusted independently on HMI panel

3. When the machine runs, the chucks will not directly contact the can caps to reduce the noise.

4. Rolling head speed and teh shwole system speed can be adjusted independentlyh on HMI .
